Nightly rates vary with season and weekend demand. All stays under 31 days are subject to Mono County’s 15% Transient Occupancy Tax. Prices subject to change.

Full refund outside 30 days of arrival, less deposit and any non-refundable third-party booking fees. 50% charge inside 30 days but before 14 days. No refund inside 14 days, for no-shows, or for early departures.
